1 1/2 c. onions chopped 1 1/2 c. celery chopped 1 1/4 lb. bulk sausage meat, mild 1 lg. can sweet potatoes 2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter Poultry seasoning Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. Add sausage; brown thoroughly. Drain off all fat. mash sweet potatoes; add butter and a dash of poultry seasoning. Mix all ingredients. Enough for a 14-20 pound turkey. |
