1 (9 inch) pie shell or graham cracker crust 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg 3/4 c. chocolate chips (melted) 3/4 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts or peanuts (optional) In a small bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and beat at medium speed 2 to 3 minutes. Blend in melted chocolate, nuts, and vanilla. Mix well. Spread 1/2 of chocolate mixture evenly into cooled pie crust. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 egg In a large bowl, combine cheese and peanut butter. Add powdered sugar and 1 egg, beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over chocolate mixture. Then spoon remaining chocolate mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. 6 to 8 servings. Get this!!! 620 calories per serving. |
