ICE CREAM AND COOKIE PIE
 

1 ready made pie crust of graham crackers/chocolate crumbs
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
4 granola bars/oatmeal
Cookies/Oreos

Let ice cream soften for 15-30 minutes. Put cookies in a large, strong plastic bag. Close bag and lay it on a flat surface. Using a rolling pin/base of a bowl, roll/pound the cookies until they're crushed. Put softened ice cream into a large bowl and add cookie crumbs from the plastic bag.

Using spoon, slowly mix crumbs into softened ice cream. Pour/spoon this mixture into ready made pie crust. Spread gently from center to sides. Top with additional crumbs, if you wish.

Cover pie with freezer wrap and put pie in freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
