NO-FAIL AMISH PIE CRUST
 

3 c. flour
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. Crisco (no other shortening works as well)
1 tsp. salt

Mix above together.

Mix:

1 whole egg (2 if sm.)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix together as for any crust. Makes enough for 2 large, 2 crust pies and keeps well.
