28 crushed Oreo cookies 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 2 squares chocolate or chocolate chips 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 sm. Pet milk 1 tsp. vanilla Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix crushed Oreos and butter. Press into 9"x13" pan. Freeze. Soften ice cream. Spread over cookie layer. Cook chips and 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons butter and Pet milk. Cook 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool completely, spread over ice cream. Freeze. Add Cool Whip and pecans. Spread over chocolate layer. Freeze. Put in refrigerator. Keep frozen. |
