"CAN'T FAIL" PIE CRUST
 

4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cut together flour, salt, sugar and shortening until it looks like cornmeal. Mix egg, water, and vinegar with flour mixture. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator.
