6 1/4 c. sifted flour 1 tbsp. salt 2 1/3 c. Spry 4 tbsp. cold water For tenderness cut in 1 1/2 cups of Spray until as fine as meal. Cut in remaining Spry until size of large peas. Keep Spry pastry mix in a container with tight cover. It will keep sweet and fresh on shelf. Add water and mix into dough. Roll out on lightly floured pastry board. To mix enough for a crust pie use 2 3/4 cups Spray pastry mix. |
