1 (9 inch) pastry lined pie pan 1 1/2 c. dry cottage cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 separated eggs 2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Mix cottage cheese, sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon; add beaten egg yolks. Mix thoroughly. Add milk gradually mix until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
