1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tsp. red food coloring (opt.)
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 baked pie shell

Combine and cook until thickened first 5 ingredients. Add fresh strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
