RHUBARB OR GOOSEBERRY PIE
 

2 c. cut up rhubarb or cleaned gooseberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 beaten egg

Combine ingredients and put in an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter, cut up

Bake in 375 degree oven for about 45-60 minutes until done.
