RITZ CRACKER APPLE PIE
 

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Bring to a boil, add 20 Ritz crackers (whole). Boil 2 minutes. Put in unbaked pie shell, dot the top with butter and cinnamon (whole top). Put crushed Ritz crackers on top of other. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
