1 9" pie shell, baked 4 - 5 c. fresh strawberries, quartered 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin 2 c. water Pour strawberries into baked pie shell. Mix pudding with water and bring to a boil. Add gelatin and stir well. Pour over strawberries. Chill well. |
