CHERRY - O - CREAM CHEESE PIE
 

1 graham cracker crumb crust or pastry
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. (15 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice (real)
1 can prepared cherry pie filling

Soften cream cheese. Whip until fluffy. Gradually add Eagle Brand milk (must be condensed milk) while continuing to beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours before garnishing. Top with cherry pie filling.
