FRESH RHUBARB CRISP
 

4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
2/3 c. oatmeal (quick)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix rhubarb, water, sugar, cinnamon and flour. Place in 8x8 baking dish.

Combine flour, oats, sugar and mix well. Stir in melted butter to make a crumbly mixture. Place on top of rhubarb. Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
