FRESH PEACH CUSTARD PIE
 

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix well. Beat 3 whole eggs by hand and add to sugar mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond. Slice enough peaches to 1/2 fill unbaked pie crust. Pour custard over peaches in crust. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
