1 qt. blueberries, partially thawed if frozen or fresh 1 c. water 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 box Jiffy cake mix Place berries in an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Place water in a small saucepan, add sugar and cornstarch. Bring to boil and stir until clear, then pour over berries. Mix Jiffy cake mix as directed and pour 1/2 of it over the berries. Use rest for cup cakes or make a larger cobbler by increasing ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes. |
