1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. water 1 qt. fresh strawberries 2 baked pie shells Cool Whip Combine Jello, sugar and cornstarch thoroughly in saucepan. Add water and bring to boil. Continue to boil until clear. Allow to cool. Place strawberries in baked pie shells. Pour cooled glaze over strawberries. Cool in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip. |
