Put 19 Oreo cookies in blender until they are crumbs. Mix 1 stick of melted butter with crumbs. Grease a 9" pie plate and press crumb mixture in it. Freeze. When frozen, fill with softened vanilla ice cream. Freeze again. Cover with sauce. Serve. SAUCE: 2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c. sugar or 4 pkgs. Sweet 'n Low 1 sm. can evaporated milk Cook 10 to 15 minutes until thick. Cool at room temperature. Spread on pie. |
