STRAWBERRY RHUBARB COBBLER
 

1 lb. rhubarb
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. strawberries

COBBLER DOUGH:

1 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
4 tbsp. chilled butter cut in pieces
1/2 c. half & half

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 7 x 11 inch baking dish. To make filling cut rhubarb in pieces. Toss with sugar and flour. Put in pan. Put in oven for 7 minutes while preparing cobbler dough.

For cobbler dough mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter, put in half & half. Get rhubarb out of oven. Put strawberries on top. Then put cobbler on top of rhubarb and strawberries. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
