KEY LIME PIE
 

1 c. sour cream or 2 eggs
Few drops of green coloring
1/2 tsp. lime rind, grated
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. can milk
1 tsp. aromatic bitters
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 egg, separated
1/2 c. lime juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add lime juice and rind. Beat egg slightly, slowly add Jello; stir constantly. Add other ingredients; stir until blended. Chill until thick. Beat egg whites until stiff or mix sour cream; fold into Jello and add color. Chill until firm; garnish with whipped cream and lime slices if desired.
