8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 12 oz. container Cool Whip 1 c. fresh squeezed lime juice Graham cracker pie crust Combine cream cheese with milk, mixing well. Add Cool Whip and mix. Stir in the lime juice, stirring until mixture starts to thicken. Pour in pie crust and chill until firm. If desired, can garnish pie with thin slices of lime. |
