CAKE:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sour milk
1 c. hot water

ICING:

2 egg whites
1 c. Crisco
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. 10X sugar

Grease and flour large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bake 1/2 of mixture at a time. Frost 1 layer and top with remaining layer so icing is in center.

Cake: Mix all ingredients except hot water and soda. Add this last. Mix well.

Icing: Mix all ingredients well.
