Peppers
1 qt. vinegar
1 qt. water
3 c. sugar
Salt
Vegetable oil
Garlic cloves

Cut and seed peppers into rings or strips. Pack into HOT jars.

Add to EACH jar: 1 tbsp. cooking oil 2 cloves garlic

Boil vinegar, water and sugar for 2 to 3 minutes and fill jars and seal.
