CORN RELISH
 

1 1/2 doz. ears corn
1 med. head cabbage
4 stalks celery
4 lg. onions
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
2 qts. vinegar
2 lbs. sugar
2 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. turmeric
1/4 c. salt

Remove corn from cob. Chop cabbage, celery, peppers. Add all ingredients except corn. Cook 1/2 hour. Add corn and cook 15 minutes longer. Put into hot sterilized jars and seal.
