2 med. heads cauliflower 2 red peppers, cut in strips 2 green peppers, cut in strips 3 lg. onions, cut in wedges 1 qt. white vinegar 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. celery seed 1/4 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. whole cloves 2 tbsp. salt Cut cauliflower in florets. There should be 2 quarts. Cook in a small amount of water 5 minutes; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Add cauliflower and simmer 5 minutes. Pack in clean, hot, pint jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes. |
