2 lb. chunk steak, 1" thick, trim fat, cut into serving pieces 1 env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 can (1 lb.) Italian peeled tomatoes 1 tsp. oregano Ground pepper & garlic powder 2 tbsp. cooking oil 2 tbsp. wine vinegar In large skillet, arrange meat. Cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, pepper, oil and vinegar. Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. 4-6 servings. |
