1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
4 cloves garlic
1/2 (8 oz.) jar hot peppers, drained
1 head fresh broccoli, chopped & precooked
1 lb. linguini
1/2 c. Romano cheese
Simmer olive oil, water, ground pepper, and garlic for 15 minutes. Remove cloves of garlic. Add drained hot peppers. Add broccoli. Keep warm while cooking the pasta.
Cook 1 lb. linguini in salted water. Drain and place in large bowl. Sprinkle with Romano cheese while tossing. Pour sauce over the pasta and toss. Serve immediately. Put additional cheese on the table. Serves 4-6.
