1 (16 oz.) box rotoni noodles (or any pasta) 2 cucumbers 3 lg. tomatoes 1 (7 oz.) bottle Viva Italian dressing 1 bottle McCormick salad supreme (you find this in the spices) 1/8 c. Romano cheese 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese Cook noodles; let drain well. Add dressing, salad supreme, and cheese. Add quartered cucumber and tomato wedges. Refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before serving; mix well. |
