PASTA WITH LEMON AND GARLIC
 

3 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. cooked pasta (linguine, angel hair, fettuccine)

Melt butter in a small pan. Add garlic and saute. Add lemon, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Add sauce to hot pasta and toss gently. Top with remaining cheese and serve immediately.

Great summer side dish. Serve with grilled steak, barbecue ribs or chicken. Quick and easy!
