BAKED LASAGNA
 

1 box lasagna noodles
2 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. and 1 sm. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) tub Ricotta cheese
1 (16 oz.) tub cottage cheese
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion, diced (optional)
1 sm. green peppers, diced (optional)

Boil noodles, whole. In separate frying pan, cook ground chuck and onions and green peppers. Pour off any grease and add Prego sauce. Mix in baking dish:

Ladle meat sauce on bottom.

Layer noodles (single layer) across meat sauce.

Spoon on each type of cheese and layer Mozzerella cheese.

Repeat each step until everything is used.

The top of the dish should be Mozzarella cheese.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour on 350 degrees.

10 minutes before you take it out of oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese across top, it will brown so watch it.
