6 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar
1 (1 lb.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 lb. sm. macaroni shells, cooked
Flavored bread crumbs
3/4 c. Wondra extra fine flour
Melt butter, stir in flour and milk. Bring to a boil. Take off flame. Add cheese and melt. Add sauce to macaroni. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Optional: Can add garlic powder to cheese.
