PARTY OR WEDDING MINT CANDY
 

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
2 lb. powdered sugar
Coloring, if desired
Flavoring of peppermint, almond or rum

Blend until smooth; then work with hands until smoother. Make little balls and flatten with fork; or roll on powdered cloth or board and cut with cutter in any shape desired. Toss in regular sugar and lay on wax paper on sheets overnight, then can pack in tight fitting boxes with wax paper between layers and freeze. Will keep several months. Makes about 400 small candies.
