1 (3 oz.) box Jello of your choice 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 c. water 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale 1 can pineapple juice Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved, along with Jello, lemon juice and water. Pour into jug and add pineapple juice. Fill with water almost to top. Freeze until needed. Thaw 3-4 hours. Add 1/2 bottle ginger ale to taste. |
