1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. frozen strawberries or raspberries
24 cream-filled chocolate cookies
Let the ice cream and frozen berries soften. Mix them together. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mash cookies with rolling pin or crush them in blender until fine.
Grease pie plate and line with crumbs. Bake this pie shell for 8 minutes. Take out of oven, let cool. Fill with the ice cream mixture. Put into freezer. Chill thoroughly.
IDEA: On the pie, form the face of a clock with chocolate bits. Set the hands on the hour you plan to serve the dessert.
