6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla for vanilla chess or 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice for lemon

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar gradually then butter and boiling water. Cook 350 degrees until brown. Makes 2 pies.
