COLD CRAB SALAD
 

1 lb. crab meat (I like lump best)
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. capers

Mix all the above together and let stand in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
