8 qt. tomatoes 1 c. chopped celery 3 lg. onions, chopped 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. salt 1 oz. mustard seed 1 c. sugar 1 pt. vinegar Peel and chop tomatoes. Let stand overnight. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and seal. Store in refrigerator. Serve with meat. Especially good with beef. |
