1 lb. shelled pecans 6 eggs 1 lb. sugar 1 1/2 lbs. red and green pineapple 1/4 lb. red cherries 1/2 c. orange juice Fruit juice or brandy 2 lbs. dates 1 lb. flour 2/3 c. butter 1/2 grated coconut 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder Mix batter. Add fruit and nuts. Place wax paper over top of pan. Bake 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. |
