1 lb. ground beef 2 c. small torn pieces white bread (about 2 slices) 1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton) 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 egg In a large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients except sauce. Shape meat mixture into 1 inch balls and arrange on a glass baking dish. Do not stack the meat balls. Make one layer. Pour sauce evenly over meat balls. Bake 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done. If necessary spoon off any extra fat. Place in a ??? dish, eat with toothpicks. Makes about 4 dozen. SAUCE FOR PARTY MINI MEATBALLS: 1 c. catsup 1/2 c. grape jelly 1/3 c. lemon juice Blend together. |
