2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar 4 3/4 c. lemon juice 20 c. water, divided Ice Lemon slices Mint sprigs Combine sugar with 4 cups water and juice. Boil for 5 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Add remaining water and cool. Just before serving, add ice. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs. Yield: 25 servings. |
