1 can sauerkraut juice (can be found at Food Lion) Water 2 tbsp. dried mushrooms 1 c. sliced Kielbasa 1/2 c. barley, pre-cooked Pour sauerkraut juice in saucepan; add water to desired strength. Cook to boiling; lower heat. Add mushrooms, Kielbasa and barley. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. |
