1 cooked chicken, deboned 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. Crisco Mix; roll out thin. Cut int 1 inch strips. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Line around sides of bottom of pan with strips. Put chicken (cut up in pieces) over strips. Dot with butter; put on black pepper. Pour chicken broth to cover chicken. Top with rest of strips. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 1 hour. |
