CRUST: 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. icing sugar 1 1/2 c. flour Combine and press into a 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. FILLING: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. vinegar 1 c. raisins (walnuts may be added) Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or 325 degrees. You must watch it as it browns quickly around the edge. I use a 9"x10" and make the recipe 1 1/2 times. |
