BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP SQUARES
 

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 regular pkg. butterscotch chips
Small marshmallows

Melt together over low heat first 3 ingredients, stirring all the time. Cool 15-30 minutes.

Empty package of small marshmallows in large bowl. Stir in above mixture. Spread into 8 x 12 oiled pan. Cover and refrigerate. Cut into squares.

OPTIONS: You may use chocolate chips instead or a combination of both.

You may add nuts.

Can use more peanut butter and marshmallows.

Can add Rice Krispies, toasted in oven.
