AIOLI (GARLIC MAYONNAISE)
 

2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
4 lg. garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. olive oil

Whirl in blender until thick. Add olive oil, very slowly. When mayonnaise has thickened, the rest of the oil can be added a little faster. Thin with 1-2 teaspoons boiling water. Super on potatoes (boiled) and cold vegetables.
