GARLIC BUTTER
 

8 oz. tub Shedd's Spread (Country Crock)
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning (Spice Islands)
1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all together right in the tub. Use on fresh bread or toast, or make garlic bread. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
