2 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 stick butter 1/2 c. cocoa 3 c. quick oatmeal 2 tsp. vanilla Generously grease baking sheets. Combine first four ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer until smooth and thick, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add oats and vanilla. Mix well. Drop on greased baking sheets. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Makes 4 dozen. |
