HOT WASSAIL
 

2 c. cranapple juice
10 c. apple cider, unpasteurized
6-8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 chopped lemon including rind

In the base of a 12 cup percolator put the 2 cups cranapple juice and 10 cups of cider. In the percolator basket put all the remaining ingredients. Brew wassail as you normally would coffee. Serve hot with a sliver of lemon or a cinnamon stick.
