In a clear straight sided glass bowl, layer 1/2 of torn angel food cake, 1/2 of pudding, 1 can of cherries and 1 can pineapple. Repeat the layers. Top with Cool Whip. Can be made 24 hours in advance. Must be refrigerated.
Makes a delicious and beautiful dessert. Serves 12-15. Easily reduced by half to serve 6-8.
