1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. peppermint flavoring 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries 5 c. water 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed & undiluted 1/2 gal. strawberry ice cream Combine first 3 ingredients, stir to dissolve sugar and let stand 5 minutes. Add strawberries, stirring until thawed. Add water and lemonade, stirring well. Chill thoroughly. Spoon ice cream into punch just before serving. Yields: 4 1/2 quarts. |
